Black Fox Rescue Institute Return Policy

At Black Fox Rescue Institute, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

   • The item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging (if applicable).

   • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) show signs of wear, use, or damage.

2. Return Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please email kc(at)blackfoxrescue.com to receive a return authorization and instructions.

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Certain items, such as custom orders or final sale merchandise, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information.

5. Exchanges:

   • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
